annual SXSW Music+Film+Interactive festival.

Music Policy, Legislation, and Food Fights Friday, March 19, 2010 @ 11:00 a.m.

Public policy fights never die; they don't even fade away. The panel explores the big Washington debates of the past year affecting music law and business and the expected results. Topics discussed include: Net Neutrality; Public Performance Act; Copyright Royalty Board Developments including the Constitutional Challenges, and the National Music Publishers Association Late Fee Settlement Program.
